What do you think. Of course not. Tutorials are copyrighted. That means you cannot copy, distribute or in anyway move or do anything to my tutorials without written permission.

Depends on how good it is. Submit it using my submission form. I'll review it, and decide if its acceptable.

You can link to the video tutorial, from your tutorial page, giving a great marketing push "includes video tutorial", while not taking up your bandwidth or your webspace.
My tutorial wasn't accepted, why, and can I resubmit it?
Theres the possibility of several things. Firstly, your tutorial may be covering a topic already discussed, or with tutorials existing. Secondly, your tutorial may not be of quality high enough to create a video of.
